Hi lovelies! I hope you’re all well! I’ve been scarce on the blog for the past week because we’ve been floored with illness on our side – the superbug that put me in hospital isolation a couple of years ago came back with a vengeance, and then our Charley Bird got an allmighty ear infection after her last head cold and we’re waiting to hear whether another set of grommets is on the cards. All in all, fun and freaking games. I spent a few days in a total haze, living on bone broth and strong pain killers but now i’m coming back to life. Luckily my specialist was able to speak to the people at Discovery and i was able to have my treatment at home rather than in a hospital so that’s been a relief. The thought of not being able to see my babies for an extended period of time was not making me happy! Mandy as always, has been an angel and i can see that you, like me, have really been enjoying her posts! Since Mandy is the consummate magpie, i thought i’d dedicate this post of things i’m loving right now to her…thanks Mands for holding the fort and providing us with fantastic eye candy!
When days are dark, one can always go web window shopping right?
So…how freaking fabulous are these sneakers?!!
They’re the latest item to be dressed in the amazing graphics by cult stationery brand Rifle Paper Co
As you know already, me and candles = love! And this beaut candle with its copper container…can you say true love? It’s from Prestwich Collection.
I love a loafer and i especially love this hand tooled leather loafer from local clothing and accessories brand Jane Sews.
I spotted these hexagon brass beauties over on Janine Binneman’s Facebook page…i love and i want
Now THESE brass plant pots and stands from Country Road are freaking beautiful don’t you think? Love!! The planter starts at R699, the stand is R549.
Sometimes all you need in life is a little stationery pick me up – and for me, these pineapple paper clips are it! Find them at MrP Home for the princely sum of R29,99.
Have you seen the storage canisters that Le Creuset have? Shew, i like them in grey…
I’m so torn about our dining room chairs at the moment – we have the Louis Ghost chairs but i’m toying with the idea of selling them and moving onto a completely different vibe – these replica beauties are from Chair Crazy and i love them…
Anything that catches your eye, lovelies?
PS. Our renovation is going like a Boeing! Next week the posts featuring where we are with various parts of the house will start appearing on the blog. I’m so excited to share it all with you!!
